LHT Store Policy

Purchasing, Holding Items, and Custom Orders

  • Purchasing Item(s)
    • We accept credit card, paypal, checks, and postal money orders!  Items are not sent out until payment has cleared.
    • If you are paying with money order or check, please email me and give me the product id number so there is no confusion. Put that item number on your check or money order. Payment must be in my hands at least 10 days after I confirm with you by email. If your check or money order is not recived by that time, the item will go back up for sale.
  • Holding Items
    • I will only hold a item with 50% down on product! PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN EXCEPTION!!
  • Shipping Info
    • Items generally ship out within 1-2 days of cleared payment...Items are shipped United States Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation, that usually takes 2 - 3 days depending on what coast you are on...Over night shipping available at your expense (Email me for a price if you are interested)   insurance is up to you...I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, and it can happen... Items are based on a flat rate for instore products. customs will be based on weight of item.
  • Refunds
    • If you are not completely satisfied with your item, an exchange for store credit will be given to you. This will be made after the item has been returned to me in the condition it was shipped to you. It must not have been worn, soiled, altered, or washed in any way. Tags must not be removed or altered!!  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You must email me within 24 hours of receiving the item to tell me what the problem is. Please do not send any packages back until you have heard back from me.
  • Custom Orders
    • I will not copy another sister's design! So please do not ask!!!!******
    • I require a 50% non refundable deposit to get started with your order.  Email me and I can give you a rough time frame of when I can start and complete your order. so deposit is not required until you hear from me by email or phone,that I can start your order. When your order is completed, I will email you pictures along with an invoice for the remaining balance of the item. The remaining balance is due within three  days if paying online,10 days by mail. When payment is received, I ship your item out as described on the policies page.
    • Please be advised that when working with custom orders, I put alot of time and effort into making something for you! If I do not hear back from you when product is finished within the time frame stated, item will go up for sale on my site for balance due! It will then be up to you to contact me before item is sold.
